| Rajan Nagpal in his role as the Lead strategist heads the organization. He is a communicator and his main area of activity is client servicing. He understands and clearly articulates the client's needs to formulate the design program. |
| He is also involved in the initial conceptualization of the design solution. He operates and manages its day-to-day requirements. He has a natural ability to co-ordinate with various agencies and to put things together. |
In his professional capacity as the Project-Architect, he has handled large-scale civil constructions and development projects meeting exceptional standards of quality and excellence.
It is from there that he ingrained his work ethics and the strict discipline to complete time-bound projects. |

| Gaurav Nagpal heads the Interior Design Department at Executive Homes. An innovative designer with more than 4 years of experience in residential as well as commercial interior design he holds a degree in Space and Interior Designing, which is where he developed a strong sense of scale, balance and color, along with an appreciation for clean lines, natural materials and stylized finishes. |
| After graduating in Interior Design, Gaurav gained extensive experience in residential and commercial interiors as a Design Partner with 70mm, an Interior Design firm, where he undertook construction projects, renovations and new décor. |
| He is able to utilize his broad scope of computer skills through AutoCAD, 3 Dimensional Design in creating unique layouts and designs. He is technically equipped with the skill of showcasing 3D renders of his concepts and designs, by developing realistic images of how the designs will look even before implementation. |
Today, he is known for creating outstanding interiors that are both artful and functional and span the range of architecture and interior styles, he being the principle designer and creative force behind all Executive Homes projects where he most recently completed a 2000 sq ft penthouse in Vaishali and a 2000 sq ft commercial office space in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, both of which bear his trademark style of blending contemporary and stylized design with absolute functionality. |
| In addition to providing design and construction related services to meet AFC’S the client's needs, he manages the vendor co-ordination, effective cost negotiations and delivery of material and accessories for the clients, as well as coordinating logistics. |
